JOB PURPOSE: You are an expert communicator, creating unforgettable, unmissable communications. You’re quick to act and don’t shy away from making tough decisions. In this role, you will oversee Midco’s internal and external messaging and outreach. Your responsibilities include creating clear, consistent, and compelling messages, and developing and implementing effective public relations strategies. You will manage public and media relations, building strong connections with media members, industry leaders, and community figures. Additionally, you will lead Midco’s internal communications team, including the management of the company’s intranet. This is a hybrid position working 3 days per week in the Sioux
