What You’ll Do

• Lead a visionary membership growth strategy—building engagement across all career stages and sectors.
• Promote IDDBA’s 365-day member value through creative, data-driven campaigns and storytelling.
• Oversee integrated marketing across digital, social, web, events, media, and content platforms.
• Serve as brand steward and member champion—elevating our voice in the food retail and foodservice space.
• Partners with executive leadership to align strategy with association goals and member needs.
• Guide and grow a high-performing team, manage contractors, and drive measurable ROI on campaigns.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in senior-level marketing, membership, or communications roles (association or industry experience preferred).
• Strong integrated digital marketing command across web, email, social, paid media, analytics, Customer Relationship Management, and content strategy.
• Track record of growing audiences and engagement through strategic, cross-functional collaboration.
• A storytelling mindset and a passion for amplifying value through modern platforms.

• Ability to embrace diverse perspectives, support equitable practices, and contribute to an environment where all team members feel valued and empowered.
