| Who You Are: · Bachelor’s degree in non-profit leadership, business, sales, communications, or related discipline. · Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in membership development, sales, business development, or association management; experience with membership organizations highly preferred. · Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue or sales goals. · Strong presentation skills; comfortable speaking in front of groups of all sizes. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and Zoom; experience with AMS/CRM systems required (Salesforce/Nimble AMS strongly preferred). · Ability to use data to drive decisions and create strategy. · Willingness to travel throughout Texas for member recruitment and outreach up to 30% · Commitment to an inclusive culture and approach to your work. · Professionalism: Good judgment; ability to interact with all levels of staff, volunteers, and members.
