We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable consultant to provide immediate support across training, internal communications, project management and change management during a key transitional period. This role requires a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong follow-through, and is comfortable engaging with individuals at all levels of the organization — from partners and attorneys to administrative staff.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a positive, can-do attitude and proven experience in developing and implementing training programs. They are confident delivering personalized 1:1 training, able to navigate a range of personalities and roles, and bring structure and clarity to evolving initiatives. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, stay flexible under shifting priorities, and contribute meaningfully to both short-term stability and long-term success.
This consultant will report to the Director of Project Management.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver customized 1:1 and small-group training on internal systems, including NetDocuments, 3E, and RocketProforma
Develop, implement, and maintain training programs and materials that drive adoption and proficiency
Create polished internal communications and training collateral to support system rollouts and ongoing learning
Use tools like Canva to design visually engaging content for communications, training, and change initiatives
Collaborate on change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and communication planning
Organize and maintain learning content within the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS)
Support onboarding of new hires with clear, engaging introductions to firm tools, processes, and workflows
Monitor progress, track milestones, manage follow-ups, and escalate risks or issues as needed
Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness, adapting to a fast-paced and evolving environment
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in training, internal communications, change management, or project coordination
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs
Proficiency with NetDocuments, 3E, and RocketProforma
Experience delivering effective 1:1 training across diverse user groups
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with partners, attorneys, and administrative staff
Experience using Canva (or similar) to develop professional training and communication assets
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning content delivery
Exceptional organization, follow-through, and multitasking skills
Experience in legal, consulting, or professional services environments is strongly preferred
