Oak Hill School is seeking a Director of Advancement to lead and coordinate all advancement functions of the school, including fundraising, donor relations, communications, marketing, and community engagement. This strategic role works closely with the Head of School and Board of Trustees to design a comprehensive advancement strategy that supports the school’s mission and long-term priorities. The Director of Advancement oversees the annual fund, major gifts, capital or endowment campaigns (as needed), alumni and parent relations, stewardship, events, and marketing/communications initiatives that strengthen the school’s visibility and culture of giving.
