Trinity Episcopal School is seeking an Annual Giving and Alumni Relations Manager to join our team on April 1, 2026. Reporting to the Chief Advancement Officer (CAO), the Annual Giving and Alumni Relations Manager manages and executes the annual giving program, which includes the Trinity Fund, Faculty Appreciation and Angel Funds, and Grandfriends’ Day Memorial/Tribute program. The Annual Giving and Alumni Relations Manager will support donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship through direct mail, digital communications, social media, and personal visits, and will utilize skills in prospect screening, database segmentation, data analysis, and volunteer management to support the overall fundraising strategy of the Advancement Department.
The manager also oversees all functions of alumni relations, including working with the Alumni Association to craft and execute annual activities designed for alumni and their parents, implementing value-added services that engage alumni and encourage long-term participation in the life of the School, and leading an alumni solicitation strategy to support the Trinity Fund. The Annual Giving and Alumni Relations Manager supports the work of the School by promoting the mission, values, and policies of Trinity Episcopal School.
Primary Responsibilities:
Annual Giving Program
With overall approval by the CAO, design and implement a comprehensive plan for the Annual Fund, Faculty Appreciation Fund, Angel Funds, and the Grandfriends’ Day Memorial/Tribute program.
Works with the CAO to set performance goals for annual giving and strategies to achieve them.
Works with the CAO to organize and deploy volunteer fundraising leadership among parents, grandparents, alumni and, from time to time, other constituencies who will advance the School’s mission and vision.
Identifies and researches annual giving prospects.
Craft and execute personalized solicitation strategies through direct mail, email campaigns, social media, and face-to-face visits
Works with Marketing & Communications Director to produce videos, website content and other marketing pieces to promote annual fundraising priorities.
Performs other duties as assigned by the CAO or Head of School.
Stewardship
Responsibilities for this position also include planning and implementing stewardship activity and community events sponsored by the Advancement Office. Main events include the annual Together for Trinity celebration, Caretakers Circle donor reception and Grandfriends’ Day.
With the CAO, implements stewardship strategies to assure appropriate recognition of and regular contact with donors by Head of School, CAO or other key individuals.
Manages any gift recognition projects or events.
Alumni Relations
Plans, directs and executes programs in concert with Alumni Association and members of the Advancement Team to help meet the School’s and Association’s fundraising and alumni relations goals.
Develop a specific solicitation track for alumni to increase their participation in the Annual Fund and other giving initiatives.
Maintains communications with alumni, encouraging long-term relationships, through digital newsletters, alumni panel discussions, and reunion events.
Manages alumni social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with the alumni community.
Serves as the School liaison for the Alumni Council and the Alumni Association.
Oversees maintenance of alumni records and produces reports as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by the CAO or Head of School.
Data Analysis & Prospect Management
Utilize the donor database to segment the constituent base by giving history, affinity, and capacity for targeted appeals.
Identify and research donors within the community who have the potential for increased support
Conducts prospect research and implements a system by which research is routinely conducted.
Provide the CAO with regular reports on campaign progress, retention rates, and acquisition of new donors.
Ensure that the Advancement Coordinator has accurate information to maintain high-quality data within the Raisers’ Edge database
Parents’ Association (PA) Liaison
Acts as the key point of connection between the school and the Parents Association, supporting a positive, collaborative partnership.
Works closely with PA leaders to coordinate communication, attend meetings, and ensure parent initiatives align with the school’s mission and community priorities.
Provides strategic support to PA committee leadership for fundraising events, faculty and staff appreciation initiatives, and the design and execution of promotional merchandise sold through the Spirit Shack.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated excellence in fund development, including relationship management and cultivation of donors.
Experience with a moves management approach to build meaningful relationships, increase donor retention, and encourage growth in giving.
Knowledge of industry standards and best practices regarding gift processing, donor records, database research and maintenance. Experience with Blackbaud’s Raisers’ Edge NXT is ideal.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and experience or working knowledge of Google systems
Experience in educational advancement, marketing, volunteer management, special event planning is a plus.
Ability to represent the School to external constituents and work effectively with internal constituencies of various generations and cultures.
