The successful candidate will be a collaborative, proactive leader with impeccable attention to detail, organizational excellence and follow-through. This individual will also play a visible role as an active and engaging member of the Messaging Team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values collaboration and brings an innovative mindset with a can-do attitude. We need a creative thinker who plans ahead and executes proactively and thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces challenges.
The position will report to the Senior Associate Commissioner and will have responsibilities in the areas of public relations, digital communications and competition.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and collaborative skills; excellent verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multitask in a fluid work environment. Knowledge and experience in maintaining a SIDEARM Sports-operated website, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and NCAA statistical programs is preferred.
The candidate should be proficient in use and knowledge of all social media platforms, specifically X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok, and have the ability to compile, summarize and analyze performance metrics.
The candidate should have innovative and strategic social media experience with verifiable results, along with the ability and experience to operate video equipment and produce creative video content. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects and In Design are preferred.
