SUMMARY The Lexington School is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing and Communications to lead and implement a comprehensive plan that advances the school’s mission and strategic priorities. This individual will oversee all internal and external communications to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with the school’s values and goals. Reporting to the Head of School and working in close partnership with the Admission and Development teams, the Director will play a key role in telling The Lexington School’s story to a wide range of constituents and the broader community.
