Recruitment Create and implement a strategic three-year Enrollment Marketing and Recruitment Plan that strategically grows the prospect and applicant pool of mission-fit families. Manage recruitment events on-campus: open houses, academic and curricular events, athletic events, fine arts events, and campus tours. Plan and implement an effective program of building relationships with local Preschools, Kindergartens, K-8 Christian schools, and area churches for the purposes of recruitment. Work with the Head of School to find and engage additional new relationships in order to build the constituent base of ACA. Work in collaboration with the Director of Communications and Marketing to conduct regular and seasonal communication plans
