About the Role;
- Implement internal communication strategies aligned with the Bankâ™s purpose and CRES West priorities, including audience targeting and message delivery.
- Organize and manage internal events such as town halls, webinars, and masterclasses.
- Create and manage engaging content for newsletters, intranet, emails, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with digital teams to launch campaigns, manage content calendars, and develop web/social media content.
- Analyze communication effectiveness, gather colleague feedback, and support initiatives to enhance engagement and team operations.
About You:
- Bachelorâ™s degree in Communication or related fields, with at least 3 years of experienceâ”ideally in the real estate sector.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to measure and improve communication effectiveness.
- Proven ability to clearly convey complex information to diverse audiences through written and verbal formats.
- Skilled in using email marketing tools, intranet systems, social media, and collaboration platforms.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to build strong working relationships across teams.
